Founded in 2012

 

Divinus Pride Bengals was founded in 2012, in Auburn, WA. The breeder Crystal Bender embarked on this journey with her husband Joe. Together, they stumbled into the amazing world of Bengal cats and Bengal kittens. It all began with a long-awaited reunion with dear friends, a meeting that would change the course of their lives forever.

During their visit, Crystal and her husband, Joe, were introduced to Mookie, their friends' beloved Bengal companion. The striking beauty and enchanting personality of Mookie left an indelible mark on their hearts. He was such a cool cat! Little did they know that this encounter would ignite their curiosity and lead them on a remarkable adventure.

Our First Bengal

With newfound enthusiasm, Crystal & Joe delved into research about Bengal cats. Their curiosity turned into commitment, and soon, they welcomed their very own Bengal, Zeus, into their lives. Zeus's arrival filled their days with endless joy. His boundless energy and infectious playfulness reaffirmed their love for the Bengal cat breed. Zeus quickly became the cornerstone of their family and identity with their peers. They became those people with a "cool cat."

The Unexpected Blessing

Coincidentally, Crystal's career path took an unexpected turn, leading her to the world of veterinary care. Over the span of a decade, she honed her skills and knowledge, building a solid foundation in animal care and well-being. Unbeknownst to her when she first started, this decision became an integral resource for when she later started breeding.

Zeus Was Growing Up

Zeus's transition from kittenhood brought forth a realization. Crystal & Joe missed the lively energy and the unique charm that defines Bengal kittens. With a deep-rooted passion for Bengal kittens and a shared vision, they embarked on a journey and started Divinus Pride Bengals. The goal was simple, to have little Bengal kittens running around all the time.

Over the years, Cystal & Joe nurtured their fascination with Bengals. They continued to expand their knowledge and perfect their program, ultimately establishing a thriving cattery for Bengal kittens. Their unwavering commitment to the breed, coupled with their dedication to providing loving homes for Bengal cats, has solidified Crystal Bender's place in the Bengal cat community.
